What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended. What browser are you using?
Be sure to clear out all browser caches before entering the routers web page.
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update? A complete pull of the power adapters for a period of time after the factory reset then walk thru the setup wizard and setup from scratch.
After the reset and you walk thru the set up wizard, change the default DHCP IP address pool range to .100 to .200. Save and apply and reboot the router.

Since changing the DHCP range, can you also please reserve an IP address for every device on the network. Make sure you give them IPs from .2 to .99 so they're outside the DHCP range. You can do this from Settings -> Setup -> LAN Setup.
After that, see if you have any further disconnections.
