Xr1000 keeps losing all internet connection

I did everything you’re talking about . It has stayed with the “ Nov 23 17:09:17 oasis user.warn com.netdumasiftware.desktop: Congo write ‘com.netdumasoftware.desktop.database’ 118 “

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
What browser are you using?
After the reset and you walk thru the set up wizard, change the default DHCP IP address pool range to .100 to .200. Save and apply and reboot the router.
