Pa. I connect to the same server every game. If I make it any smaller I would never find a game on pubg.

I believe there is a server in Ohio that you could try and force that would get you a better ping, or Virginia
- Mattyk25Dec 26, 2021AspirantOk. I haven’t been connected to Ohio server in years. It doesn’t really explain the difference in ping between the two consoles tho. 🤷♂️ Thanks for trying to help.
- Netduma-FraserDec 26, 2021NetDuma PartnerConnect just Xbox that usually has the higher ping and make sure the other one is completely off (not in instant on/power saving mode), does it then have the lower ping?
- Mattyk25Dec 26, 2021AspirantNo it’s completely disconnected. No power at all.
- Netduma-FraserDec 26, 2021NetDuma PartnerI don't follow, with just that Xbox connected is the ping as low as the other xbox usually is?
- Mattyk25Dec 26, 2021AspirantXbox series x is the only console in my house plugged in and connected to the internet. I can unplug the x, plug in my Xbox series s and pull the Ethernet cord from my X and put it in the S and my S will have 10-20 ms less ping.
Either my X is broken out of the box or the Duma software is not liking the X for some odd reason. This is what I’m trying to find out and fix. - Netduma-FraserDec 26, 2021NetDuma PartnerMake a manual rule on Traffic Prioritization, source 1-65535, destination 1-65535 TCP/UDP normal, apply to wan, then check the ping please
- Mattyk25Dec 26, 2021Aspirant38-36 ping after changes. Jumps to 45ish when plane flys overhead or a fun fight.
- Netduma-FraserDec 27, 2021NetDuma PartnerOkay so doesn't really appear to be a router issue as that rule prioritizes the entire console above every single device on your network, you could try putting the Xbox in the DMZ as well and see what it is then but if it's no different then it's definitely not on the router side
