Xr500 router, only a amber power light is on
Can’t get access to my xr500 router, as the only light that comes on is a amber power light. Iv tried all sorts of factory resetting nothing has worked so far.
sounds like you might have a corrupt firmware issue.
You can try recoving it with tftp or nmrpflash.
are you on windows? if so, follow this guide

just make sure you enable tftp

and if that doesn't work, you can try using nmrpflash
As above, would recommend reinstalling the firmware with TFTP
