Xr500 won't allow Minecraft server to be seen or accessed

Good day, I have run a Minecraft server on my PC for my friends and I for over 2 years now. Recently I moved and got a XR 500 router. After port forwarding the necessary port (25565) and setting up my server IP, I've found that none of my players can see/ connect to the server. Most of my players use my No-IP host name to connect, however some use my Public IP and still cannot connect or see the server.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
