Not sure what to do only lights that pop up are USB2 & Ethernet. no power light or anything else are working. Cannot connect to the app.

If those lights are appearing then the router will be powered on so maybe a faulty LED there. Can you access the interface using a wired PC?

Yes the router is powered on but from what ive seen others talk about I think it’s “ bricked” . I have a laptop accessible to use
