can not connect to router
cant even ping it on cmd never opens the start assistant or the dashboard just keeps giving me a can not connect 192.168.1.1 and .0.1 do the same i can manually go in through a hard cable but its super slow and only allows one device to hardline in real fealz a waste of money

Have you tried resetting the device?
What firmware is it on?

How are you connecting to the router?
Can you connect by typing in routerlogin.net ?
