device manager does not load
I have the latest firmware 2.3.2.56, the device manager stops working.

Has a factory reset been performed yet?
Try a different browser, Firefox or Opera.
- Could you explain a bit more about what exactly is happening? Do you get an error message? Could you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing please?
when I click on the device manager, I got this message:
"This R-App is not loaded yet, please try again in a minute." see attached screen shot. I have tried edge, chrome, firefox. all have the same problem.
- You're using the XR450, is that the correct firmware you're using and not the XR500 firmware? If you reboot does it load again?
