night hawk x500 randomly stops working my wifi and lan part sstops working

hi need help my night hawk x500 will stop working randomly&nbsp; like&nbsp; my wifi and lan port will stop working. and i have to factory reset all the time. i have brand newXR500 Firmware Version 2.3.2.130 still having the same issues any fix ?

What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to? Does a reboot not bring back the internet?
