Ok, that makes sense. I think I have heard of other Orange ISP users having this problem - they have to connect the set top box to the modem. Smiley Frustrated

Re: tv orange et nighthawk xr500

What FW is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?

What ISP Speed UP and Down do you pay for?
How far away is the TV from the router?

What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
What WPA security modes are you using? Try using WPA2 and AES only.

Try enabling Beamforming and MIMO.

If you connect it directly to your modem does it work ok?

Is it connected wired or wireless?

It is connected wireless to the modem. And it work perfectly. But connected to the router, it work a few moment and stop after 10-15 min...

I know for some TV providers they require you to be connected to the modem for TV, this may be the case here. I would check with your provider to be sure
