I haven't used the port so I'm only theorising but as the port is not meant to be used for internet it probably isn't able to glean that information from the port. Perhaps someone who uses it for that purpose can jump in.
I got the beta firmware the other day , so far so good few things I have noticed Certain apps that load are taking alot longer then they use to. |An example is under QoS ,the traffic box takes a good 2-4 minutes before it loads, after clicking on QoS ( the bottom right box ) . Along with autoping is less responsive then it use to be. All in all seems to be a good firmware so far.
I have had that firmware for almost two weeks now I have been having issues with auto ping and Traffic boxs loading Have tried different browers have tired resetting and have done official firmware download and install once more have factory reset I also started having issuies with wifi turning on and off randomly now
