Bought a used GS810EMX and cant regester

I bought the Nighthawk pro gaming xs10 switch on ebay, it appears to be registered to a different Account. And I cant seem to get it regestered on my account.

My 2 questetions are: how secure my network is without the regestration?
What should i do to get it regestered?

Zero dependancy between registration and the switch feature and security. Nothing to worry!

the other problem is without the regestration i am not able to use the the Insight app on my android 😞

The GS810EMX isn't an Insight manageable switch - the Insight App can only be used for discovery only.

However, even for Insight manageable switches, it can be added to an Insight account without being registered to the very same account.

Hey dan, thanx for your help. I still cant get it to regester. It still says that its bound to another Account 😞

I delete the Cache in my insights prog. And it worked xD
