FS728tp factory reset procedure

I have a Netgear FS728TP V2 switch that I heritage from old Sys Admin guy, but the problem I'm having is that I don't have the password to access the Web Interfece. I tried to press for 2 seconds the Reset button, no luck; I tried also disconnecting the power, press the reset button and keep it pressed for 20 seconds after power is conected back, and again, no luck; so I was wondering if there is any other options to have the switch Factory Reset to start working on it.
