GS324
Hello I am buying an unmanaged 24 port switch. Looks like Netgear GS324 is best option. But, what is the difference between the GS324, the 324P and 324PP Any help appreciated. thanks

Re: GS324
The P and PP variant does add PoE+ (802.3at) Ports able to provide max. 30W each.
The P has 16 PoE+ ports and a power budget of 190W, the PP does have all 24 ports with PoE+ and has a power budget of 380W.
Useful for PoE/PoE+ powered access points, IP phones, ...
Here is the datasheet for these models https://www.netgear.com/images/datasheet/switches/GS324P_GS324PP_GS348PP.pdf
