GS808E Nighthawk S8000 Switch Factory Reset Not Working

I know the IP of the switch, but it's inaccessible. I've tried reseting it several times without luck. It blinks three times then goes solid, I check it's IP and try to navigate there without luck. I've used the netgear discovery tool as well as the windows network discovery and getting the IP from the router. How can I reset this device? I think I set it up so only my desktop could access it and then I moved and my IP changed.
