Does anyone know if its possible to do custom inrate and outrate limits on this switch? You can only select the values 512 Kbit / S , 1 mbit /s , 2mbit/s , 4 mbit/s , 8mbit/s  etc etc..

But I would like to do a limit of 5 mbit/s. Is there any way to do this?

no, this is what is available on the low level chipset implementation.
