I currently have the XR500. I have XFINITY internet with a X1 WIFI 6 gateway modem Provided by XFINITY. Hardwired to my xr500. I have 5 consoles ( 2- Xbox ones, 1 series x, 2 PS5’s) all on the same xr500. 4 hardwired 1 wifi with only having 4 ports. 2-3 consoles active at the same time. I am having connection issues when both PS5’s are active and it seems my speed is capped at 500 Mbps. I have the latest firmware on the xr500. I think it’s time for an upgrade but need some advice. Should I pull another CAT6 line down from the XFINITY wifi modem, only 1 of 4 ports used ? Should I just hardwire with a switch and No wifi? Equipment recommendations??
