by connecting OS windows 10 pc to port 1 and access point to port 2 in Nighthawk S8000 switch, can use Link aggregation in this case 

for port 1 and port 2 to get maximum speed?

and what is the best connection for these cases?

case 1: connect main router >> switch >> AP

case 2: connect main router >> AP >> switch

Link aggregation is used to connect multiple links between two devices. For example, between a switch and a PC with multiple Ethernet ports.

You can't enable link aggregation on two switch ports that go to different devices.
