S8000 NETWORK SWITCH WILL NOT FACTORY RESET ALSO STATES REGISTERED ON ANOTHER ACCOUNT.
Can anyone help. Does not seem to reset and it states that it is already registered to an account. Can this be reset so I can be a proud owner and update firmware etc?

You don't have to register it to update firmware on it. You can download the firmware and manually install it.
IF it was prior registered, then you need to get either the old owner to unregister it or you need to contact support with proof of authorized purchase.
