log in first time
I just bough a Netgear S8000 ... but unfortunatelly I can not "logging in" for the first time ... I have to put the switch's default password which is found on the label on the bottom of my Netgear switch ? ... which is: http://192.168.0. ..... or the numbers with dot only ?
I tried several time but unsuccesfully ....
Thank you for your help....

Re: log in first time
That http://192.168.0.239/ is the default IPv4 address based Web URL, neither a username nor a password. The default IP address is only in place if there is no DHCP server on your LAN where the switch is connected to.
The label does certainly state something below that URL password: password
Your switch was certainly delivered with a tiny paper installation guide - here an online version -> GS808E Installation Guide .... I'd suggest some quick read FMI.
