i have an RMA for this device. I went throught he steps in the email and included link. once done online the instructions told me I would get another email with additonal instructions for mailing the defective device. it has been 1 week and i have not gotten any email. I tried calling but i have been on hold for 2 + hours. Anyone know where I am supposed to mail this?
