DualShock controller won’t connect to PS4 console after being paired with PC
A few friends and I had paired three DualShock controllers to steam in order to play a game together. We are now trying to connect them back to the PlayStation - but it doesn’t seem to be working.
I’ve been searching for solutions across the internet, however, nothing has helped so far. I have connected the controllers to the console via the USB cable, reset them, and made sure the controllers were un-paired from steam and disconnected from the PC (Bluetooth turned off.) I’ve been on the PS4 site, and it says I may have to send in the controllers to be repaired. However, I’d rather get some more advice before I come to a last resort. They had been working just fine hours in advance, and show no signs of damage.
When I turn one on, it shows a flashing white light (perhaps it’s trying to connect?)
If anyone has any knowledge of how to fix this, it would help us greatly.
