Access Control went bye bye

Access Control went bye bye

All of a sudden I cannot get to my access control so that I can block or unblock devices.  When I access my admin page from a PC based browser I am told to use the app on my phone.  When I use the app, I get the following error: CDIL-API-FAIL

 

What gives? I am on the latest version of the router firmware but it has been months since it was updated.  Now, the IOS app on my phone was updated earlier this week when I was give the trial version of the parental control.  I signed up thinking this would fix my problem but it still a mess.

Thatnks for the response, CHristian.  I used the tried and true method of doing a complete reset and now I am back.  So, we are good and can close this thread.  Thank you!
