Beta Membership Member Cancelled/But still being charged
Hello, I have tried to cancel my Netgear Premier Membership for several months. BUt no one seems to help me at all. Netgear keeps on charging me $29.99 a month and another $9.99 a month. This has been happening every month for the past several months. I have spoken to their people who promise to help and refund me but they never do. And they give me case numbers which they say they are working on but don't. I have been a loyal Netgear customer for a long time and have purchased several routers and switches from them. Very disappointed.
