Blocked Sites still accessible by devices
Router: 4-Stream AX1800 WiFi 6 Router (RAX10)
I have blocked some sites under a profile that has multiple devices. The sites were blocked correctly whenever an attempt to access them was made however after a few hours it completley stopped working correctly. These websites would show up as "filtered" on the Nighthawk app however could still be accessed. I have blocked quite abit of sites and these are examples of the formats:
twitter.com
mobile.twitter.com
Also a few random websites
No https format was used so that shouldnt be the issue.
Could i please get some help and advice on how to fix this.

Hello Jepm,
If you recently purchased the device I would recommend contacting our support team as newly purchased devices are provided with 90 days of complimentary support. You may open a ticket by registering your device using the link below.

Re: Blocked Sites still accessible by devices
Talking of Netgear Armor and it's App based config, or mixing with the locally configured "Use keywords to block Internet sites" under ADVANCED > Security > Block Sites?

Re: Blocked Sites still accessible by devices
I use OpenDNS
You could test it out and/or use as a fall back.
It's free and safe, been using it for years.
It can be customized, You can add sites to block
And ublock sites you want to be viewed or visisted.
The team at OpenDNS are always adding bad sites to block.
Once you added it to the routers configuration it will block for all devices on your network.
Sign up for the free OpenDNS Home version not the Family version.
Caveates :
-You will need a window PC or a MAC Pc to install the Dynamic Ip Updater if your ISP has a dynamic ipaddress to your wan (That is the ISP's ip will change from time to time)
-Since I have a home PC that stays on most of the time it send the new ip address to OpenDNS to keep your network protected.
-Make sure to turn off ipv6 on the network card and only use ipv4 on the PC or MAC PC
Here are links if you would like to check it out.
The main site

How to test after setup.
How to setup the Dynamic Ip Updater
Hope's this helps
