Constantly have to restart my wifi router

Two days ago I got a new modern thinking this was the problem. The cable company said it’s my router. Every day or sooner I have to restart my nighthawk AX3000 router. Model number RAX35. Because I constantly loose my WiFi signals. Please help.

What modem did you buy? 

What firmware is on your router? 

Have you tried resetting the router? or downgrading the firmware on it?
