Fraggle Attack, ACK Scan, RST Scan - What are all these and should I care? Brand new RAX50

Maybe it's so new I can't find it in the Model auto-suggest box when creating this post, but I just bought a brand new RAX50 (aka "AX4500").  The link is right here on their site: https://www.netgear.com/home/wifi/routers/rax50/

Anyway, why do I see so many [DoS attack: Fraggle Attack] including ones called "ACK Scan" and "RST Scan", and should I care?  Fraggle accounts for 99.9%.

Of course I've googled and scanned this group.  I see a lot of info but nothing definitive.  I just set this up, I'm using all the defaults.  It's got the latest firmware V1.0.2.82_2.0.50 (at the time of this writing, April 4, 2021).

Some people say not to worry, but then why does Netgear call it a DoS attack??  My 13 year old is doing a lot more online gaming with friends and its one of many reasons I've completely upgraded and replaced my home network from the Spectrum cable model to this new Netgear RAX50 WiFI 6 router, to a new password, and even attempted to enable "WAP3-Personal" but some older devices won't connect so I went back to default WAP2.

I do enable SSID broadcast, but do NOT enabled the guest network, ever.  I'm in tech, so I'm pretty good with all the concepts but these random logs with DoS attack have always driven me crazy. My WiFi never goes "down", but I've had slowness issues, which I attribute to 5-6+ year old technology, which is another reason I just upgraded everything.

Can someone give me peace of mind here, and explain these log messages once and for all and if I should care?  I mean they're just CONSTANT.  Snippet below.  If anyone wants me to attached the whole log (assuming it helps anything) let me know. Thanks.
