My RAX80 keeps dropping 5G even after multiple sessions with netgear specialists. I know RAX80 is a good router but assume that few units out of millions have problems, mine is one among them.
What’s the best way to get my router replaced by Netgear? I want a good tested router directly from Netgear and don’t want to go to retailers who have possibly stocked old manufactured routers.
