Maximum range on Mesh system (ORBI)
Hi,
I would like to connect 3 apartments in multi-storey building which are on 9th 6th and 4th floor.
The are on the same "line" of the beailing, which means above/below each other.
Will a mesh router will be able to hande this distance, and concrete walls/ceilings?
If it will work, how will it affect the speed, by how much?
Regards,
S

Re: Maximum range on Mesh system (ORBI)
Concrete is the best at blocking wifi. To such an extent that many times even 1 decent wall can deteriorate a signal enough to be un-usabe.
And you have more than 1 floor in between (floors tend to be thicker than walls so block even better)
I don't think you're going to find a mesh system to connect them wireless.
