Netgear x6s r8000 compatible w liftmaster WiFi?
Can someone tell me how to get my Wi-Fi on my garage door opener to hook up. It worked previously until I installed this router.. uses 2.4mhz via myQ app...
I have full bars and it says can't find network?

Re: Netgear x6s r8000 compatible w liftmaster WiFi?
When you're setting it up, are you having your phone connected to the 2.4ghz network? It'll need to be on the same 2.4ghz signal you're setting the liftmaster up on.
Also, you're posting in the wireless AX forum and you've got both the R8000 and EX8000 listed.
IF you have the R8000, this would be the forum for it:

I do know the R8000 uses band steering/single ssid. You might need to disable it while you setup the liftmaster so you can be sure the phone and liftmaster are both on the 2.4ghz. You can re-enable it after setup.
