Night hawk AX4 does not show network and red light is blinking
nighthawk router's power light is blinking red. It also doesn't show up on available networks. User manual says blinking red light means it needs a firmware update, but I can't update the firmware withought being connected to a network.

You may be a candidate for the TFTP recovery scheme. See, for
example:

What, exactly, does "connected to a network" mean to you.
You need an Internet connection to fetch a firmware kit. Once you
have the firmware kit, a minimal network connection between computer and
router may be sufficient to use the TFTP recovery scheme.
