Nighthawk AX4: RAX35 can't run as Wireless Access Point mode
hi Support team, I bought 2 RAX35 devices, both of them are upgraded to latest firmware(Firmware Version V1.0.3.80_1.0.1) but just the 616197WKA54E6 device can run as AP Mode, the others can't(this device can't broadcast IP to clients that connected to it and clients can't ping to it too, but when unplug LAN Cable to device's WAN port, client can ping it). I've tried hard reset(factory reset) many times, restored backup of 616197WKA54E6 device's configuration to this device and already downgraded to original Firmware Version V1.0.3.62_1.0.1 but still get the same issue. Please help me troubleshoot this issue Thanks and Regards,
