Nighthawk AX4 and Alexa Netgear Skill not working
The instructions are straightforward so why is this not working?!!! I am trying to enable the Netgear Alexa skill. My AX4 router is up and running. I have Anywhere Access and Remote Login enabled and they both work fine from computer or Android Nighthawk app. The Alexa skill was enabled and when prompted linked to Netgear successfully. When I ask "Alexa, ask Netgear to ..." I get "I am unable to reach your Netgear router, check to see if it is on and connected to the Internet".
Any ideas or helpful suggestions out there?
Thanks.

You are more likely to get an informed response if the question is posted in the community forum for the Nighthawk WiFi6 (AX) products:
The Orbi product line does not feature Alexa control, so those of us who watch this forum have no experience with it.
I notice that "Alexa" does not appear in the RAX40 User Manual.

which leads me to think that maybe the solution will be found in the forum for the Nighthawk app:

Good Luck
