Parental Control on Netgear Nighthawk RAX80!!
This is a very expensive Router, but it does not have the basic Security function, like Parental Control. My old Netgear Router, has this as a standard feature.
Will this be coming like in a Firmware update or never at all????
Thanks!

Re: Parental Control on Netgear Nighthawk RAX80!!
There is currently no Parental Control on any Netgear RAX router available.
You can look into https://www.opendns.com/home-internet-security/ - there are "ready-made" Family Shield (different name server IP addresses, not the standard OpenDNS ones) available for free - and configure the router accordingly.
If you want to do more with OpenDNS e.g. custom configurations, you need to run a dynamic IP updater on a local (kind of always on) system.
I fear that Netgear might no longer continue supporting Live Parental Controls (OpenDNS based), and they might inherit not inexpensive 3rd party solutions like Circle. Abandoning Genie App support and therefore removing the App based control to LPC is one of the steps.
