Nighthawk router light for Internet is red all the time. Other lights are green. Internet connection is dropped at least once per day. Re-booting of router and computer restores internet connection. I have an older Netgear router and never had this problem. Netgear technical support gives me the runaround whenever I contact them. They keep telling me to re-boot router. At this point I'm ready to return the Nighthawk router! Any suggestions?
