RAX120 - Netgear Armor

I can’t get Netgear Armor to activate. When I click “Activate Trial” (using the Nighthawk app) I receive an error. Anyone else experience this? Latest firmware... version

Hi I have exacly the same problem on my RAX120. The last firmware same as you.
Ik have bought Bitdefender Armor and I can use it on my pc's but in wont't activate on my router.
In the Nighthawk app keeps coming with activate trial.on the 20 october.

I have reset the router to factory defaults also without result.

I have sent a message to Christian, finally resulting in him making a support ticket.

Yesterday I've been called by support and after one hour of trying trought Teamviewer on my pc sending proof that I realy bougt Armor, support has sent the problem to Bitdefender.
After 2 or 3 day's they come with an answer I hope.

I myself think it is a problem in the syncing between the 2 company's. It is also very annoing that is so hard to get the problem fixed.
