RAX200 Gigabit port to Gigabit Switch??
Can i use the Gigabit port to attache a Gigabit switch. I am having trouble using a Netgear Prosafe GS108 attached to the router.

I had multiple switches attached to mine.
what exact issue are you having?
Have you checked/replaced the cables? Checked to ensure cat 5e or better?

Sure you can connect one of the LAN ports to your Netgear Prosafe GS108. Given that it is an unmanaged 8*1000BASE-T switch, it wouldn't really make sense to use the Multi-Gig port (although you can) - and you can't use Link Aggregation (LAG) without a managed switch, but there shouldn't be any problem to use it.
