Can’t get laptop connected to WiFi router. Had this same problem when I bought the router. Had to reset it and now can’t get it connected. Used customer support last time but I can’t use it again

Re: RAX35
What laptop is it and what wireless chip is in the laptop?
when AX first came out, many wireless drivers were outdated and couldn't "see" the AX signal. So they were having people disable AX on the routers. Most device makers have caught up and updated their drivers for support. But these drivers don't end up on microsoft update or usually device makers (dell/hp/etc) website. Usually you have to go directly to whoever makes the wireless card (broadcom, intel, etc) to get the updated driver.
