RAX40 frequent disconnects Surface Pro 4, 5 MacBook
This new router works great with my Xbox, Lifx lights, security cam, Samsung S10, new Surface laptop 3 but with Surface Pro 4, Pro 5 and on Mac Book Pro 2016 (bootcamp) running Windows 10, it's keep disconnecting and wifi speed very slow specifically on Mac Book.
If I do hotspot with Mobile Phone using sim card not Nighthawk router, all devices work without any issues.
I have been reading other users post but no solution can be found.
Any help please
Thanks
Andy

Hi Andy-s,
Welcome to the community! May you provide us with the firmware version your RAX40 is currently on?
Thanks,
Christian

Re: RAX40 frequent disconnects Surface Pro 4, 5 MacBook
Same issue here and my firmware version is v1.0.3.80_1.0.1. No issue for other devices using the router RAX40, except Surface Pro 6. The Surface Pro 6 works well with other networks, say Wifi shared by the tethering from mobile. Any advice?
