(RAX45)_slow internet speed on 2.4Ghz
I got this router in February and immediately had issues on the the 2.4Ghz band only. The problem was solved during my free-tech support period by changing to older firmware (V1.0.2.64_2.0.41). Last week, the slow speeds and buffering returned. I asumed there had been a firmware update and re-uploaded the version that had fixed the issue before (I also turned off auto-updates).
This time the solution did not work. My download speed is often under 10Mbps (last check it was 9.54). I have no idea what to do now. Please help!

What were those issues? Speed? Dropped connections? Something else?
What firmware version do you now have on the device?
It might also help if you told people what the modem is in front of this router, if there is one. The model number could be useful. Is it, by any chance, also a router, with a set of LAN ports on the back?
The reason for asking is that a lot of people turn up here trying to put a router behind a modem that is also a router. That can complicate troubleshooting.
You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your RAX45 device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. That's probably here:
Nighthawk Routers with WiFi 6 (AX) - NETGEAR Communities
I will ask the Netgear moderator to move your message.
In the meantime you could visit the support pages:
Support | NETGEAR
Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware. Look at the label on the device for the model number.
You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.
I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.
