none, it goes directly to the wall jack from the internet provider.

Maybe I explain it wrong, my english is not good, sorry about that. The modem goes directly to the white box on the wall that is just a relay or something like that, there is no router or anything like that between the RAX50 and "the internet".

that white box has something converting from fibre to ethernet.
Just trying to determine if that "white box" has other functions built into it

I'm pretty sure it doesn't, I checked with the internet provider and they said it shouldn't be a problem. My english is bad but I have some knowledge in the matter, so I'm pretty confident that the "white box" is not the issue. Either way thanks for trying to help, I really appreciate it.
