RAX75 defaults to Factory Settings when rebooted
This router is new and whenever I reboot the modem and router the router defaults to all factory settings. It is using the latest update from Netgear which was updated when the router was initialized. The modem used is centurylink5954 operating in the transparent mode. I have registered the router Serial Number: 69D3057YA08D6. Nighthawk AX8 AX6000 WiFi Router(RAX75).
Is there some setting or update that I am missing?

Hi Jim_West,
May you provide us with the current firmware version your router is on?
Regards,

Re: RAX75 defaults to Factory Settings when rebooted
The current firmware version is V1.0.3.102_1.0.48.
The version that was installed when I noticed the problem was 1.0.3.98
The current version self installed after I brought up the problem on the Community Board. I have not tried to duplicate it ye. But will and will respond in the next 24 hours.

Re: RAX75 defaults to Factory Settings when rebooted
I have reset the modem and RAX75 and under the current firmware and it functioned well. Perhaps the new firmware load was the correction needed.
Thank you
