RAX75, which I've bought recently on Ebay as used, fully working
Have exactly the same issue on my RAX75, which I've bought recently on Ebay as used, fully working.
2.4Ghz channel is working fine, but 5ghz network is not broadcasted at all, tried multiple scanners on mobile, on laptop using inssider software - no success with multiple 5ghz configurations (separate 5ghs SSID, smart connect, whatsever - result is the same).
Fully frustrated about this issue.
Can anybody explain, what is happening with netgear routers?

1. what firmware are you on?
2. if it was used, did you try a factory reset?
3. you've disabled smart connect and set the 5ghz as a separate ssid?
4. what device are you scanning for 5ghz with and what scanner are you using?

2) sure, multiple times even including 30-30-30 method.
3) yes
4) xiaomi mi8 and 2 laptops (one of them is 2021 model and works fine on wifi 6 for RAX38V2 which I've purchased just a couple days before RAX75.
• What is the difference between WiFi 6 and WiFi 7?
