RAX80 Fan not running even if the router is too hot
Hello all,
My RAX80 (V1.0.3.98_1.0.46), while booting (power on/off) I see the fan is running. It stops after a while, which I belive is due to power saving.
When MU-MIMO is enabled the router is getting abnormally hot (I didnt collect data, probably greater than 60 C), however still not seeing the fan is getting activated. Is this a kind of bug or something? I want the fan to be running always, even if its noisy cause I am worried with this heat, this high priced router going to die soon. Is it possible to force the fan always?
Regards,
Vasanth

Re: RAX80 Fan not running even if the router is too hot
Hi Vasanth,
Please ensure your router is in a well-ventilated area. If your router becomes too warm to touch, I would suggest contacting our support team using the link below.
