I am getting Errir 0x8007003B Unexpected Network Error when I try to transfer large files from any Window10 PC to my USB harddrive connected to the router. Anyone else have the same issue? Netgear phone support keeps handing up on me after long 30 min + hold times.
I was going to try an older firmware, but I can't find them on the webiste.

I had the same problem,
so I downgraded to V1.0.1.64_1.0.27 and the problem was solved
If you need it, I will keep it and share it with you

Thank you! I will give that a try tonight and report back later. I can only really do these things once the family is asleep.

Re: RAX80 - Problem with Readyshare Large File Transfer
Just wanted to say thank you. The downgrading the firmware worked. I am not sure why Netgear removed the ability to download older firmware for the RAX80.
