If the power supply supported into the power source connection of the RAXE500 is 220v would it be supported?

I don't understand the question. What are you trying to do?
The RAXE500 comes with a power adapter, a transformer that converts the mains voltage into the 19V/3.16 ADC output that runs the router.
You plug the adapter into the mains voltage that it supports. (The manual says that they all work at 240 volts.) Then it will feed 19V into the router.
