I have an odd situation which I hope someone can help with. I setup my new Wifi 6 Router (Netgear Nighthawk AX 6000 ROUTER) and all is working well, however, when attempting to view all connected devices on the network, I noticed that there are several devices which I know are connected but which are not displayed on the Connected Devices list on either the PC/Browser version or the Smart Phone (Android) Ap.
My Sony TV is definately connected to the net work. I have confirmed it has an active connection - but it is not listed on the list of connected devices. I have a few other devices that also do not sho w up - despite my confirming that they are definately connected.
IS there a reasons some devices won't show up ? Anything I can do to make sure every device connected is listed?
thanks in advance for your assistance.

Hi Geekser,
Welcome to the community! I would check to ensure you're on the latest Nighthawk app version (by reinstalling the Nighthawk app) and your router is on the latest firmware version (linked below). If your issue still persists, I would suggest contacting our support team by registering your device using the second link below.
