Use Symbolic Link For Readyshare
I am trying to use a USB drive attached to my Nighthawk RAX45. I can assign the symbolic link to the readyshare and it works as long as I have the folder open using start, run, \\readyshare\nas.
If I close the window, the symbolic link does not work anymore.
Ideas on how I can make it always available (besides having to use the \\readyshare\nas on the run line)?
Thanks!

Have you mapped the drive on your computer and set it to start when the computer starts?

Re: Use Symbolic Link For Readyshare
I have not tried using mapping. I want to use a symbolic link so it can be backed up via CrashPlan (I have other NAS devices that this works on and mapped drives cannot be backed up by Crashplan).
