I got 2 usb drives connected...
one is usb 2.0 and other one is 3.0
both can be seen as available drives in "Advanced Setup->USB Settings->Available USB Devices"
However, in windows I can only see usb 2.0 drive in \\rax120
Can anyone tell me why I cannot see the other drive?

Not formatted for your laptop. It has to be in a proper format for the router.
