"No cases found" in my support portal
I've submitted 2 cases now but when I go to my.netgear.com it does not show any open cases.
How do I check for my open cases?
Thanks!

Hi fcano42,
You should have received an email confirmation with the case number(s)/details. If you did not, please provide me with your email address in a private message.

Re: "No cases found" in my support portal
Hi Christian,
Thanks for your reply. I did receive and email when I opened the case and again when there was a response.
But there was no link in the email to view the response and when I go to check my support it says “no cases”

Hi Frank - May you send me a private message with the email address you used to open a support case.
